For adults who want purposeful strength training and a routine they can keep.

Keep showing up
Structured sessions and a personal program that support consistent training.
Do I need lifting experience?
No. Forever Strong welcomes beginners, experienced lifters, and adults returning to training. Loading and progression are adapted to your experience.
Does everyone follow the same workout?
Training is individualized within the coached group. Your program reflects your experience, goals, and coached-session frequency, with progress logs and feedback through the T3 app.
How do coaching membership sessions work?
Both coaching programs use memberships that renew every 28 days. Options for 1, 2, or 3 coached sessions per week include 4, 8, or 12 sessions per cycle. Unused sessions can roll over up to one cycle’s allowance for your plan.
Confirm rollover expiry and how carried-over credits are used with Type 3 before enrolling. Review the client agreement and policies.
Can I try a semi-private session before choosing a membership?
Your first semi-private session is on us. Use the session schedule below to choose a time. For single visits beyond your first semi-private session, ask Type 3 about current availability and terms before paying.
For young athletes building strength and movement skills with age-appropriate coaching.
Build a strength foundation
Coached strength work that fits the athlete’s experience and stage of development.
Move with purpose
Training focused on movement quality, speed, agility, and conditioning.
Prepare for sport
A structured training approach to complement practices and competition.
Who is Athletic Performance for?
Youth and high-school athletes, with age-appropriate coaching focused on foundational strength, movement, speed, agility, and conditioning. Ask the coach to confirm the right group and starting point for your athlete.
Can training fit around a sport season?
The program supports seasonal and off-season development. Share the athlete’s practice and competition schedule with the coach so training can be planned around their current workload.
How is progress managed?
Training logs, progress tracking, and coach oversight through the T3 app help guide program adjustments. The focus is a structured training process, rather than a promised performance result.
What should a parent discuss before the first semi-private session?
Share the athlete’s age, training experience, goals, and current sport schedule. Confirm program fit, what to bring, and any parent/guardian paperwork with the coach before attending.
